Request Account Deletion
Helping Hands for Speechless Souls (HHFSS) users of the HHFSS app or platform can use this page to request deletion of their account and applicable associated personal information.
How account deletion works
A request is reviewed before deletion.
- 01Send an Account Deletion Request to hhfss@hhfss.org.
- 02HHFSS may contact you to verify account ownership or identity.
- 03After appropriate verification, HHFSS processes deletion of the account and applicable associated personal information.
- 04Some information may be retained where legitimately necessary for applicable legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, financial/accounting, animal-welfare record, or similar valid obligations.
What happens next
Sending an email starts a request for HHFSS to review. The team may ask for information needed to verify ownership before processing it. Sending an email does not immediately delete an account.

Email HHFSS with enough information to identify the relevant account, preferably your name and the email address or phone number associated with your HHFSS account, if applicable.
